4-40 UNC PEMSERT® self clinch flush nuts, stainless steel for steel sheet.

Type F PEM fasteners are ideal for applications where a thin sheet requires load-bearing threads but still must remain flat, with no protrusions on either surface when installed. The benefits of a completely flush fastener are both cosmetic and functional when every millimetre of space matters.

PEMSERT® flush nuts are installed easily into a round hole in sheet metal and can be installed before bending and forming. The hexagonal head ensures high axial and torsional strength.
