DIRAK have designed the HD Hygiene Quarter-Turn family specifically to meet the fundamental principles of Hygienic Design, and have given it very special properties.
Well designed geometric shapes, highly polished stainless steel surfaces and all other materials used prevent the build-up of contaminants. Water can run off completely which prevents bacterial contamination.
The high-quality stainless steel construction guarantees high corrosion and temperature resistance even when subjected to acid or alkali containing cleaning products.
Each Quarter-Turn comes complete with a blue, FDA approved for food use, silicon seal. These are able to withstand steam and high pressure cleaning temperatures from -60°C to +200°C and guarantees freedom from contaminants.
